I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, close to the Hollywood beach area and just a block off the boardwalk, which was convenient. However, the rooms felt dirty and poorly stocked, leading to a disappointing stay. The service was rude and unprofessional, with no one taking responsibility for the issues we faced.
